Your Affiliate Links
How to Set Up Your Affiliate Account
After joining our affiliate program, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to log into your personal Tapfiliate dashboard. This email will include your login credentials and a link to our affiliate portal where you can access all of your resources.
If you haven't received this email, check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.
How to Access Your Affiliate Links
Once logged into your dashboard:
- Navigate to the "Programs" tab.
- Select our program from the list.
- Your unique affiliate link will be displayed here. You can copy it and start sharing immediately!
Tapfiliate also offers a short link generator in the dashboard, allowing you to create cleaner, shareable links for social media or other platforms.
Using Your Dashboard
In your Tapfiliate dashboard, you can:
- Track the performance of your affiliate links, including clicks, conversions, and commissions.
- Customize your affiliate link if needed.
Affiliate Guidelines
Earning Commissions
As an affiliate, you earn $500 for every coach you refer to our Masterclass who joins our program!
Simply share your unique referral link with potential participants, directing them to register for the Masterclass or to the purchase page if you've had a deeper conversation with them. We’ll handle the rest!
When and how do I get paid?
We process affiliate payouts on the 10th of every month for the previous month's commissions for all enrollee payments that have cleared. You'll receive the full $500 for all enrollees who pay in full. You'll receive $83.34 for 2 months & $83.33 for 4 months for all enrollees who choose the 6 month payment plan. You’ll receive payments directly to your Melio account. Ensure your payment details are up to date to avoid delays.
Setting Up Your Payment Account
Commissions are reviewed & paid monthly. After assessing your referrals, we will send your earnings via Melio. There is no minimum payout threshold, so you’ll receive your commissions each month regardless of the amount. You'll need to create your Melio account by going to https://app.meliopayments.com/register
Can I use my own marketing materials?
Yes, feel free to create your own promotional materials as long as they align with our brand guidelines and accurately represent The Effortless Coach. If you’re unsure, reach out to our affiliate support for guidance.
Rules & Guidelines
- Avoid making false claims or using misleading language when discussing our offerings.
- We don't engage in spammy or unethical marketing practices, and we know you won't either.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship with our company in accordance with FTC guidelines. (All this means is that it's up to you to subtly disclose that you are an affiliate or make a commission, whichever wording feels better to you).
